Colorful Sandwich Wrap
Substitute high-carb white bread with a spinach wrap or a colored tortilla wrap.
Add a small amount of yogurt and sliced fruit to a whole grain waffle.
Grill some boneless, skinless chicken breast on wooden skewers. For added flavor, try an oil and herb marinade, or add some veggies for added nutritional value.
Fruit & Coconut Milk Smoothie
Put some ice cubes, 12 ounces of coconut milk, a teaspoon of coconut oil and their favorite frozen berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, etc.) in a blender, then blend until smooth.
